What will happen to affected ESET applications BEFORE they reach "End of Life"?
•The protection status of your ESET application will turn Orange, informing you about the need to upgrade to the latest version.

•Your ESET application might experience an automatic forced upgrade. It depends on what type of application, version and environment do you have.

What will happen with endpoint applications AFTER they reach "End of Life"?
•The protection status of your ESET application will turn Red as a last reminder.

•Module updates will no longer be provided (each application version will be disconnected from update servers soon after its End of Life date and ESET will no longer share specific cut-off dates from update servers).
What are module updates?
•No new operating systems support will be provided.
•No technical support or security and stability updates are available for these versions.
•No new documentation will be created or updated.
What will happen with management consoles AFTER they reach "End of Life"?
•Unable to manage later endpoint application versions and/or data from such application versions might be skewed.
•There will no longer be an option to create all-in-one installers or agent live installers.
•No option to upgrade earlier console versions since it will no longer be available (for example, ESMC version 7.2.x and earlier to the latest version 7.2.11.3).
The option to upgrade to later versions of management consoles will stay.
