ESET product versions that will reach End of Life during this year
What does it mean "End of Life"?
At this stage of the product lifecycle, we offer zero support or assistance and do not guarantee the product’s functionality, including module updates, independently of the operating system version used. The best we can do is guide the customer to the most appropriate migration path so that they upgrade to the latest equivalent product version.

What will happen to affected ESET products BEFORE they reach "End of Life"?
•The protection status of your ESET product will turn Orange, informing you about the need to upgrade to the latest version.
•Your ESET product might experience an automatic forced upgrade. It depends on what type of product, version and environment do you have.

What will happen with endpoint products AFTER they reach "End of Life"?
•The protection status of your ESET product will turn Red as a last reminder.
•Module updates will not be provided after the scheduled product version termination date. What are module updates?
•No new operating systems support will be provided.
•No technical support or security and stability updates are available for these versions.
•No new documentation will be created or updated.
What will happen with management consoles AFTER they reach "End of Life"?
•Unable to manage later endpoint product versions and data.
•There will no longer be an option to create all-in-one installers or agent live installers.
•No option to upgrade earlier console versions since it will no longer be available (for example, ESMC version 7.2.x and earlier to the latest version 7.2.11.3).
The option to upgrade to later versions of management consoles will stay.
