Product versions eligible for ESET Extended Support
The eligible product versions (also known as legacy ESET products), and their Start and End dates of ESET Extended Support, can be found here.
ESET Extended Support is typically offered for two years after a product version's End of Life date.
Some product versions were eligible for Paid Extended Support before the launch of ESET Extended Support. Therefore, a date earlier than September 29, 2022, appears in the Service start date column.

Note: We highly recommend using build number 7.3.2044.0 or later for version 7.3 of ESET Endpoint Antivirus and ESET Endpoint Security for Windows to avoid functionality issues.
Note: ESET Endpoint Security for Windows version 6.5 and ESET Endpoint Antivirus for Windows version 6.5 users: Applies to product versions running on SHA-1 operating systems.
NOTE: ESET Endpoint Antivirus for Windows version 9.1 a ESET Endpoint Security version 9.1 are the last compatible versions with Windows 7 and Windows 8.1.
Note: For versions 6.5 and earlier, you cannot use ESET Extended Support together with the ESET Micro Updates service.
