ESET support information for Windows 10
ESET continues to support compatible applications on Windows 10 64-bit according to the ESET End of Life Policy. ESET is ending support for Windows 10 32-bit. Later versions of ESET applications will not support Windows 10 32-bit.
Microsoft ended standard support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. Microsoft no longer provides regular security updates or technical support for Windows 10. If your device is compatible with Windows 11, plan your upgrade to Windows 11.

Business applications
ESET Endpoint Antivirus for Windows and ESET Endpoint Security for Windows support Windows 10 64-bit.
ESET supports these applications according to the ESET End of Life Policy. If compatibility changes, ESET will notify you in advance so that you have time to plan your upgrade.
Home and small office applications
Compatible ESET home and small office applications support Windows 10 64-bit and Windows 10 on ARM until further notice.
If compatibility changes, ESET will notify you in advance.
Windows 10 32-bit support
ESET is ending support for Windows 10 32-bit. ESET supports existing compatible versions only for the period that the ESET End of Life Policy defines.
Business applications
The last compatible version of ESET Endpoint Antivirus for Windows and ESET Endpoint Security for Windows is 12.1.
Limited support for version 12.1 is available according to the ESET End of Life Policy.
ESET Extended Support may be available.
Home and small office applications
The last compatible version of all ESET home and small office applications for Windows is 18.2. Later versions require a supported 64-bit operating system.
What you should do
•If you use Windows 10 64-bit, update your ESET application to the latest compatible version.
•If you use Windows 10 32-bit, upgrade to a supported 64-bit operating system before support for your ESET application version ends.
•If your device is compatible with Windows 11, plan your upgrade to Windows 11 for long-term security and compatibility.
