Support for the 32-bit version of Windows 10 will be phased out
Future versions of ESET's endpoint applications for both business and home will no longer support 32-bit Windows 10 systems (64-bit will stay supported), starting with version 13.0 for business applications and version 19 for home applications. The final versions compatible with 32-bit Windows 10 are version 12.1 for business endpoints and version 18 for home endpoints. According to the End of Life policy, these versions will support this operating system until the End of Life date of the applications' version.
The support ended in October 2025 due to a very small user base, and the end of support from the Microsoft.
Since September 30, 2025, no new ESET application versions support 32-bit OS architecture across all platforms. Note that server and Linux applications have already dropped compatibility.
