Do these steps in order:

Do you have the latest Windows 11 updates or are updates active? If you are running Windows 11 and automatically get updates, you do not need to do anything. Windows Update will download and install the update. |

Ensure to have the latest application version Verify you are using the latest versions of ESET Windows home applications. |

Manual upgrade If the automatic upgrade is not enabled or was not successful, you must install the latest version manually. Upgrade your ESET Windows home application to the latest version. |
