Management consoles
If a customer is managed by a provider, or uses an ESET management console, they must use an on-premises ESET management console (for example, ESET PROTECT On-Prem) in Full Support or Limited Support status according to the End of Life policy. Cloud applications (for example, ESET PROTECT Cloud) cannot be used.
