Do you manage computers running Windows? ESET Management Agent 8 and later (ESET PROTECT On-Prem) cannot manage computers running Windows 7 (no Service Pack) / Vista / XP. To continue managing these computers, you can: •Recommended: Upgrade the operating system on managed computers to a supported operating system and then upgrade your infrastructure to ESET PROTECT On-Prem 11.0. •Upgrade your infrastructure to ESMC 7.2 that can manage computers running the earlier operating system versions. |

If you have upgraded to ESMC 7.2 to continue managing computers running earlier operating system versions (Windows 7 (no Service Pack) / Vista / XP): 1.Filter your Endpoints to groups based on their ESET products and Windows version.
