Servicing updates are essential for security and stability, providing fixes and improvements without altering functionality. Some servicing updates are labeled as critical. Supporting an ESET product version means supporting primarily the latest available servicing update of the given feature update. If you use an earlier servicing update and encounter an issue, Technical Support may require you to install the latest servicing update, as this may already address the issue.
