ESET Password Manager is discontinuing
ESET is discontinuing Password Manager. On October 21, 2025, ESET stopped selling Password Manager. After October 21, 2025, you cannot purchase a new subscription that includes Password Manager. ESET will not release a replacement application.
The End of Life date for Password Manager is October 18, 2027. After this date, Password Manager will stop working and all data will be deleted.
Customers will not be able to log in to their accounts and access their data in Password Manager. The app will no longer be available on mobile apps and extensions stores.
How Your Subscription is Affected
Password Manager accounts that have already been activated will remain active and usable until the end of the user's current subscription period.
However, any changes to the subscription after October 21, 2025—such as upgrading, downgrading, enlarging, or downsizing—will prevent new Password Manager activations.
Customers who activate their subscription after the End of Sale (October 21, 2025) do not have access to Password Manager. These customers do not have the feature visible in any ESET application or ESET HOME.
Details for Annual Subscription Customers
If you activated your annual subscription before October 21, 2025, you can activate and use Password Manager until the end of your current subscription period.
If your annual subscription renews after the End of Sale date (October 21, 2025), Password Manager will not be included in the renewal. You will retain access only until your current subscription expiration date, plus a 14-day grace period to export your data. After that, the feature will be removed.
If your first annual subscription renewal occurs after the End of Life date, October 18, 2027, Password Manager will remain available until October 18, 2027.
Details for Monthly Subscription Customers
If you have a monthly auto-renewal subscription, you can access Password Manager until December 5, 2025. If you cancel your monthly renewal, you can use Password Manager until the end of your billing period, plus a 14-day grace period.
