ESET Password Manager is discontinuing
ESET will discontinue Password Manager. The End of Sales date is October 21, 2025. After this date, customers cannot purchase a new subscription with Password Manager.
The End of Life date for Password Manager is October 18, 2027. After this date, Password Manager will stop working and all data will be deleted. Customers will not be able to log in to their accounts and access their data in Password Manager. The app will no longer be available on mobile apps and extensions stores.
Customers who activated their yearly subscription before the end-of-sales date (October 21, 2025) will be eligible to activate and use Password Manager until the end of their current subscription period.
Customers who activate their subscription after the End of Sale date will not have access to Password Manager. This feature will not be visible in any ESET product or ESET HOME.
For annual subscription customers scheduled for their first renewal before the End of Life date, Password Manager will remain available until the end of their current subscription period, plus an additional 14-day grace period.
For annual subscription customers scheduled for their first renewal after the End of Life date, Password Manager will remain available until the End of Life date, October 18, 2027.
For monthly auto-renewal customers, access to Password Manager will be available until December 5, 2025—that’s one month after the End of Sale date, plus an extra 14 days. If customers cancel their renewal, they can use it until the end of their billing period, plus 14 days.
Any sales operations the customer makes on their subscription (such as upgrades or extensions) will make Password Manager no longer available.
