Old ETI Portal decommissioning

The old ESET Threat Intelligence (ETI) portal hosted at eti.eset.com will be decommissioned after the end of this year, and a new portal hosted at preview-eti.eset.com will replace it. We want to assure you that ETI as a service will continue to be fully supported.

The new portal offers all the functionalities of the old portal, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to your normal operations. Additionally, for our PREMIUM customers using APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) reports, we have introduced a new feature called ESET AI Advisor, which will be available in the new portal.

We understand that this change may bring questions and concerns. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to your normal operations.

Here’s what you can expect:

Migration Timeline: We have started the migration with the goal of completing the process by the end of this year (December 31, 2024). After this date, the old portal will be decommissioned.

Access: You will receive a separate email with instructions on how to access the new portal within the next few months. Link If you want to skip the line and migrate immediately, contact your sales representative.

New APIs: There will be a change in the APIs. If you are currently using APIs with the old portal, please have a look at our new API documentation: Link

New TAXII server: New https://taxii.eset.com/taxii2 is to be used going forward. Link Old server: https://eti.eset.com/taxii will be decommissioned together with the portal.

Support: Our customer support team will be available to assist you with any issues or questions you may have during the migration process. Please reach out to your sales representative if you need such support.

Please note that the new portal address preview-eti.eset.com will be migrated to eti.eset.com after the old portal is decommissioned.

After the deadline is met, the only way to access ESET Threat Intelligence will be through the new portal.
