Old ESET Threat Intelligence portal decommissioning
The old ESET Threat Intelligence (ETI) portal hosted at eti.eset.com will be decommissioned after the end of this year, and a new portal hosted at preview-eti.eset.com will replace it. ESET Threat Intelligence as a service will continue to be fully supported.
The new portal offers all the functionalities of the old portal, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to your normal operations. Additionally, for the PREMIUM customers using APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) reports, we have introduced a new feature called ESET AI Advisor, which will be available in the new portal.
We understand that this change may bring questions and concerns. We are committed to ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to your normal operations.
Here is what you can expect:
•Migration Timeline: We have started the migration to complete the process by the end of this year (December 31, 2024). After this date, the old portal will be decommissioned.
•Access: You will receive a separate email with instructions on accessing the new portal within the next few months. If you want to skip the line and migrate immediately, contact your sales representative.
•New APIs: There will be a change in the APIs. If you currently use APIs with the old portal, look at our new API documentation.
•New TAXII server: New https://taxii.eset.com/taxii2 is to be used going forward. See more information.
•The old server https://eti.eset.com/taxii will be decommissioned along with the portal.
•Support: The ESET customer support team will assist you with any issues or questions during the migration process. If you need such support, reach out to your sales representative.
The new portal address preview-eti.eset.com will be migrated to eti.eset.com after the old portal has been decommissioned.
After the deadline, the only way to access ESET Threat Intelligence will be through the new portal.
