ESET Endpoint Antivirus for macOS versions 7.4 and 7.5 reach End of Life on July 31, 2027, and no new versions are planned. After July 31, 2027, ESET Endpoint Antivirus for macOS no longer receives updates or support. We recommend that customers upgrade to ESET Endpoint Security for macOS before July 31, 2027.
ESET Endpoint Security for macOS provides additional features such as a firewall, compatibility with macOS 15 and later versions and seamless integration with the ESET PROTECT console.
Required action for ESET Endpoint Antivirus for macOS users
Upgrade to the latest version of ESET Endpoint Security for macOS before July 31, 2027. Before upgrading, consider the following:
•The upgrade may require approval for additional system extensions. Grant these permissions at each endpoint after the upgrade, or deploy them before the upgrade through a new configuration profile.
•Check how the settings migration works.
•Check if your subscription supports ESET Endpoint Security for macOS. Depending on your subscription, ESET Endpoint Security for macOS may require a subscription change.
