ESET Cyber Security Pro and ESET Cyber Security merge
From the release of ESET Cyber Security version 8 on October 21, 2024, consumer security products for macOS are consolidated into a single app - ESET Cyber Security. When performing the in-product upgrade, users on ESET Cyber Security Pro version 6 are upgraded directly to ESET Cyber Security version 9. Customers with subscriptions for higher tiers of the ESET offering will still benefit from more advanced features in the future.
ESET Cyber Security Pro End of Life Schedule
ESET Cyber Security Pro has transitioned to the Termination stage. The End of Life date has been extended, and the schedule includes the following key dates:
•End of Sale (No Renewals): After November 18, 2025, subscriptions for ESET Cyber Security Pro are no longer available for purchase or renewal.
•Installer Availability: After November 18, 2025, installers for ESET Cyber Security Pro are no longer available for download.
•End of Life: Existing customers with active subscriptions can continue to use ESET Cyber Security Pro (with detection updates) until June 30, 2026 (postponed from November 18, 2025). After this date, ESET will no longer support the product.
