Click here if you have SHA-1 based operating system (e.g. Windows XP/Vista/7).
Users with SHA-2 based operating systems will face two upgrade stages:
1. Soft upgrade
You will receive a message and an option to upgrade with a direct link to the installer. The message will look like this:
Soft upgrade date: from February 1 to 28, 2022
2. Hard upgrade
If you did not click Accept & Upgrade during the Soft upgrade stage, your ESET endpoint product will be automatically upgraded to a supported product version.
If you disagree with the End User License Agreement after the upgrade, the only option is to uninstall the product. You cannot revert to the previous version.

What should I do?
If you use the latest version, you do not face any End of Life issue.
